My grandfather having 4 children( 1women + 3 men). He died in 1990. Now all are started distributing property. According to SC statement “Daughters can inherit ancestral property if father died after amendment of Hindu Law in 2005” do we need to share land to women also?
According to SC about 2005 amendment, if property is not distributed before 20th December 2004 then in such cases women ancestor is equally rightful as men ancestor in ancestral property. So in your case your grandfather is died in 1990 but you have not divided property yet so women ancestor is equally rightful.

Since Grandfather died in 1990, her daughter won’t have any right in the ancestral property. Only his sons will have the right in the property.
