Civil suit on property for the purpose of harassment and blocking transactions

I had inherited property in rural Gujarat from my grandfather by a registered will. Other family members had contested and we had reached a final settlement at the High Court of Gujarat. 37 years later heirs of the original signatory to the settlement have filed a regular civil suit in the lower court claiming a share. Their father was a signatory to the settlement. This is specifically done to block all transactions I may undertake and cause mental stress.
the case filed in 2012 was dismissed by the court in 2013 due to total non attendance of the applicants or their lawyer. This month the court has revoked the order and re instated the case again.
Can I get this irrelevant case dismissed and what sort of counter action is required to prevent them from undertaking such activities in the future.
